These Terms govern the use of urbancraftsclub.com: the public directory of craft studios and experiences, studio owner and manager accounts, Corporate Wellbeing enquiries and interest, and information about Pro plans for studios.

Urban Crafts Club does not currently take payments or create bookings. When you book an experience, you do so directly with the studio, which is the provider of that experience and your contracting party. Urban Crafts Club is not the merchant or a party to that booking.

Accounts are intended for studio owners, managers and authorised representatives aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You may browse and use the directory for personal, non-commercial purposes. Using the directory does not require an account.

Some studio information may initially come from publicly accessible business and professional sources. Authorised studio managers can update the information for their studio.

Schedules, prices, activities and availability can change. Please check time-sensitive workshop or course details with the studio before you book or travel.

To manage a studio you must be authorised to act for it. Studio managers agree to keep the information they manage accurate and up to date, not to claim a studio they do not represent, and to respond to corrections in good faith. We may ask for verification and may refuse or revoke management access if authorisation is doubtful.

We take reasonable care to keep the directory accurate and correct errors we are told about, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current at every moment.

You are responsible for the texts, photos and other content you submit. Content must be lawful, accurate and must not infringe anyone's rights, including intellectual property, image and privacy rights.

By uploading photographs, texts or other material, you confirm that you own it or have the rights and permissions needed (including consent of identifiable people in photos) to allow its publication on Urban Crafts Club.

You grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, valid worldwide and for as long as the content is on Urban Crafts Club, to host, reproduce, adapt for format and display that content on the website and in communications about the studio's listing. You keep ownership of your content, and you can remove it or ask us to remove it.

• Submitting false, misleading or unlawful information, or impersonating a studio or person.
• Accessing accounts, data or areas you are not authorised to access.
• Scraping or extracting the directory in bulk, or using it to send unsolicited communications.
• Interfering with the security or operation of the website.
• Uploading malware or content that infringes third-party rights.

The Urban Crafts Club brand, design, texts and software belong to the operator or its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights over them beyond normal use of the website.

Links to studio websites, booking pages, maps and other services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms, and the operator is not responsible for them.

We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue features. Corporate Wellbeing is a developing proposition: registering interest does not create a binding agreement and does not guarantee demand, bookings or corporate participation. Pro interest is not a purchase or subscription; no payment is taken today. Any paid service will be offered with its own clear terms before you are charged.

We are responsible for providing the website with reasonable care. We are not responsible for experiences provided by studios, for the content of third-party websites, or for losses caused by information that a studio failed to keep up to date, except where the law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights.

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used to make unauthorised changes, normally after notice unless urgent action is needed to protect the service or others.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts; where you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence remain competent.

We may update these Terms. We will show the date of the current version and, for significant changes, inform account holders in advance.
